Through the Wealth Sprouts Give Back Program, selected Louisiana organizations receive a complimentary workplace financial wellness workshop designed to help employees build stronger financial habits and support healthier workplaces.

Workshops and presentations are guided by founder Diamond Holliday, a Chartered Financial Consultant®, Retirement Income Certified Professional®, and Certified Financial Education Instructor®, dedicated to helping your employees build stronger financial habits.

The Give Back Program is designed for Louisiana employers who value employee well-being. Priority consideration is given to:

  • Small and midsize employers
  • Organizations with approximately 10–300 employees
  • Louisiana employers
  • Mission-driven organizations committed to supporting their workforce

Wealth Sprouts & Co. serves organizations beyond Louisiana through its workplace financial wellness services; however, this complimentary Give Back Program is focused on supporting Louisiana employers.
